Jambalaya

This is honestly one of the best one pot dinners ever. You can serve with a side salad for a complete meal or just eat as is.

Let's get started.

Jambalaya
1 Onion
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Stalks Celery
6 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Roll of Beef Smoked Sausage
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
1 Cube Shrimp Bouillon
2 Tsp. Franks Red Hot Sauce
2 Cups Long Grain Rice
2 Tbsp. Oil
4 Cups Water

Slice your smoked sausage into rings, set aside. Dice your onion, celery, and bell pepper.

In a large pot add in the oil and add in your sausage. Sauté until it develops color then remove from pot. Add in your onion, celery, peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes or until your veggies have slightly softened.

Add in the garlic, rice, and seasonings. Stirring for 2 minutes. Then add your tomato paste and stir until incorporated. Add the sausage back in along with the shrimp bouillon, franks red hot, and 4 cups of water.

Cover and allow to simmer for 18 minutes. Then turn off the heat and allow to steam for an additional 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
