Hawaiian Chicken

Marinate this the night before you need it and the flavor will be amazing.

Let's get started.

Hawaiian Chicken
3 Lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 Cup Ketchup
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
6 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Ginger, minced
Pinch of Salt

In a large bowl add in the soy sauce, pineapple juice, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.

Add in the chicken making sure it is all fully submerged. Cover the bowl and allow to marinate for a minimum of 4 hours.

Pre-heat your grill to 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grill your chicken for 8 minutes then flip and cook for an additional 8 minutes or until your chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pour leftover marinade into a sauce pan and bring to a boil and allow to reduce slightly. Brush over the chicken once it is finished and serve any leftover sauce on the side.

Serve alongside rice and a side salad for an easy dinner.
