This is honestly the easiest breakfast casserole ever.
Let's get started.
1 Lb. Breakfast Sausage
12 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
30 Oz. Bag Shredded Hash Brown, thawed
8 Oz. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 Tbsp. Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Kosher Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Place your thawed hash browns, in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Season the potatoes with garlic and herb seasoning, a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Cook your breakfast sausage in a skillet, until fully cooked through. And place on top of your potatoes.
In a bowl add the eggs and milk, whisk until combined. Pour over your sausage mixture. Top with cheese cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
Note: feel free to use up the remaining sausage fat to make a country gravy and pour over top for a truly spectacular breakfast or brunch.
