This is so good. Serve with rice and turn this into a burrito bowl of sorts or make into tacos and enjoy.
Let's get started.
1/2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Ancho Chili Powder
1 Tsp. Smoked Paprika
1/2 Tbsp. Cumin
1 Tsp. Ground Cloves
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tsp. Ground Coriander
1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 Lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Optional Toppings
Onion, finely diced
Cilantro, finely chopped
Limes
Salsa
Tortillas for serving
Combine
all of the ingredients in a container with a lid and toss to combine.
Cover and allow to marinade for a minimum of four hours.
Pre-heat
your grill and grill your chicken for 8-10 minutes on each side. Or
until the chicken reads 165 degrees Fahrenheit on an instant read
thermometer.
Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Chop into pieces and place on a warmed up tortilla, top with cilantro, onion, salsa, and limes.
Serve and enjoy.
