Hot Honey Chicken Skewers

You can use an indoor grill pan or an outdoor grill for these.

Let's get started.

Hot Honey Chicken Skewers
2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 Lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Salt Free Garlic and Herb seasoning
1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 Cup Hot Honey - see note below.

Cut your chicken thighs into half inch pieces and place them into a bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic and herb seasoning, salt and toss until evenly coated.

Pre-heat your grill or grill pan to medium high heat.

Grill your chicken skewers for 6-7 minutes on each side. Brush with hot honey on each side and continue to grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove from grill, serve alongside some rice pilaf, or a simple side salad, and enjoy.

Note:
If you don't have hot honey feel free to make your own by combining honey, franks red hot sauce, a little squeeze of lemon juice and heat it slightly in a small sauce pan.
